LOS ANGELES, CA (January 12, 2025) – Skyline Investors, a Los Angeles-based private capital firm specializing in micromarket investments, announced its partnership with Confluence Healthcare Partners and Hoist Capital Partners to form a physician administrative services organization (“MSO”) supporting Valley E.N.T. Associates P.C. and Masdon ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in Northern Alabama.
Led by Dr. R. Keith Hill and Dr. Paul Papajohn, Valley E.N.T. Associates has served North Alabama for nearly 30 years, with offices in Athens and Madison, Alabama. This region is one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the United States. Masdon ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery, led by Dr. Jimmy Lee Masdon and located in Guntersville, Alabama, joined forces with Valley E.N.T. in 2023. Together, the practices provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to communities across the region.
The MSO will provide best-in-class operational support to the practices, enabling them to meet growing demand for specialized ear, nose, and throat care throughout Northern Alabama. With administrative services handled by the MSO, physicians can focus their time and expertise on patient care and clinical excellence.
