Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Skyline Investors, Jeremy brings 20+ years of hands-on investment experience across leading private equity firms. His expertise spans private credit, special situations, and growth capital.

Jeremy’s career includes serving as a Principal at a growth capital firm, where he contributed to the firm’s investment strategies from 2010 to 2019. Before that, he worked at Ares Management and TCW / Crescent Capital as an investment professional focused on distressed and special situations strategies. Jeremy began his career at UBS Investment Bank.

Jeremy has developed a deep understanding of complex financial transactions throughout his career, specializing in turnaround and growth strategies. His diverse experience across multiple asset classes has equipped him to navigate myriad investment opportunities.

Kevin Tom

Founder and Managing Partner
Skyline Investors

Kevin is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Skyline Investors and holds 19 years of principal experience across three general partnerships. His expertise extends across private equity, private credit, and growth capital, strongly focusing on value creation and strategic investment.

Kevin’s experience also includes owning and operating California’s first live-scan fingerprinting service provider, which he successfully sold in 2016. In addition to his investment career, Kevin served two terms on the City of La Canada Flintridge Investment & Financing Advisory Committee, advising on managing the city’s $25 million investment portfolio.

His diverse background, combining private equity expertise with entrepreneurial experience, enables Kevin to approach investments with a unique perspective on corporate growth and operational efficiency.

Aaron Goodman

Aaron joined Skyline Investors in 2025 as an Associate and works closely with the team to identify potential investment opportunities and support the firm’s portfolio companies.

Before joining Skyline Investors, Aaron was a KPMG Deal Advisory & Strategy practice manager specializing in consumer goods and industrial manufacturing transactions. He holds a B.A. and a Master of Accounting from the University of Arizona.
